Browse our store and add the products you wish to order. Use filters or search by categories like sensory tools, fine motor resources, or classroom aids to find exactly what you need.

When you're ready, head to the checkout page by clicking the cart icon.

Choose "Pay by Invoice" (for Schools / Businesses / Organisations Only)
At checkout, select the “Pay by Invoice” option. This is available to Australian schools and educational organisations only.

Enter All Relevant Details
Please include the following:
- School name (to help the Postie find you!)
- Purchase order number (if applicable - we don't need it, but please leave the number in the notes section if you'd like it to appear on your invoice)
- Billing details (if different to delivery)

Submit Your Order
Once submitted, you'll receive an order confirmation email. We’ll process and ship your order promptly, and email the invoice to your school. It's as easy as that!

- We offer 14-day payment terms for schools (no account required)
- Invoices can be paid via bank transfer or credit card
- Please ensure payment is made within 14 days of receiving the invoice. We will send you a reminder if it's late

Can any school use invoice ordering?
Yes, all Australian schools and educational institutions are eligible for invoice ordering with 14-day terms. No accounts or company cards required. Just fill your cart and check out on invoice.
Do I need a purchase order number?
We do not require a purchase order number. We can process your order without one. Some schools require a PO number on invoices though, so to save time please include this in notes at checkout if you need it for payment processing. Please do not send us a copy of the PO if you are placing an order online; this is likely to result in a duplicate order being placed.
